Power Source : Power Adapter


good evening everyone,

first post here , apologise if posting in wrong corner of forum.

i'm experiencing fault macbook pro 2016 shows macbook charging there no power source connected it. has black battery icon showing it's charging it's not.

has resolution this? did restart smc no avail.

in advance.

so, nothing external plugged in mbpro, no usb devices or printers, etc.?
(the usb bus enough power external device to, perhaps, hold charging icon.)

have tried nvram reset?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
