can limit of how many new threads new member can create in set amount of time? may prevent spam in attached image. user 25 threads in 20ish minutes.

from little can see of threads - , titles - strike me clear example of spam, scatter-gun spam attack hoping seed (and responses to) many threads possible.

rather blanket proposal suggesting number of threads made new members limited, recommend instead such thread reported. , report op - member - cannot read name on screenshot, or myself.
