Safari - Insane delays between clicking and action


so started having big problems safari not responding should. can take 2 seconds happen when click example url bar or "new tab" icon.

recorded video showing i'm talking about. can hear moment click trackpad , how long delay is.



having same problem on macbook pro well. mine 2017 mbp 13" , hers 2015 model.

did else experience this? i've tried chrome , doesn't have issue. don't want switch though, due battery concerns. how go solving this?
 

same problem here plus other little things (see post) push me toward using browser. things nowadays apple, try not find solution within apple. far i'm concerned, safari has lagged behind. bad cause i'm addict apple integration or echosystem.
