Scansnap Manager problem with High Sierra


i have been using fujitsu scansnap 1500m without problems until upgrading imac macos high sierra. scanning multi-page documents results in multi-page pdf files in pages out of order. happened same time upgrading macos high sierra (now on version 10.13.1) sierra. else notice problem?

since making similar post in forum’s mac accessories thread, additional tests have revealed problem confined macs running macos high sierra. there no problems pdf files created imac running os x 10.11.6 el capitan.

reminiscent of serious problem existed short timewhen apple re-worked pdfkit 10.12 sierra.
 

thanks post. pull trigger morning , move 10.13.1 have scan snap love , adore. go hover until scan snap releases update software address issue. please shoot them email , let them know can crank out asap. ready apfs in life not @ cost of beloved scan snap.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
