record of all pdfs saved in safari?


hi i'm new macrumors community wondering if might able me issue- tried save webpage in safari pdf hitting "command p", "save pdf". attempted save external hard drive. upon closing safari , clearing search history in safari, realized document thought saved pdf not on external hard drive. chance of retrieving document thought saved? ever saved @ all? upon trying replicate actions see may have gone wrong, noticed error message flash across screen after hit save reading "error while printing".

im running safari version 10.1 (12603.1.30.0.34) on macbook pro os sierra version 10.12.4 did have time machine running.

document lost private key bitcoin paper wallet information leads recovery of document rewarded. appreciated! thank in advance time , help!
 

if saved , didn't change name of pdf have been given name of particular web page printed.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
