Animoji issue...

i have question guys...
got iphone x today & have been playing animojis.
it’s fun, issue that- if i’m holding face still, image still “shuddering” best way can describe it. responds fine facial expressions, but... say, looks face vibrating when i’m holding stone still.
i’m hoping there isn’t hardware issue front facing camera array.
face id has been working stellar. guess i’m wondering if else experiencing this?
if not- suppose i’ll try full restore attempt recalibration, , if doesn’t work, request replacement.
suggestions or advice beyond that?
