so month ago, out of blue, no longer (accept maybe decline) calendar invites apple id alias, @icloud.com alias created like....2 years ago. mind you, on iphone , ipad. until then, have sent , accepted calendar appointments through means. apple id gmail account reference, third-party email.
come find out, can still accept invitations on mac os (my 2014 macbook pro retina). color me extremely confused.
basically, @ point, invitations sent @icloud.com alias appear on top of phone option select "ok" or "delete" , automatically deposited on calendar not sent confirmation person has invited me.
have had 1.5 weeks worth of discussions apple employees on phone , issue handed off tier 2 engineer. told me 2 months ago, have apparently "changed on backend" , can no longer accept calendar invites @ alias.
wtf.....??? why wasn't or else informed of crap? mean, i've been doing 2 years , of sudden have tell have send calendar appointments gmail address because supposedly "changed something."
issue has once again been ticketed , sent yet engineer, i'm calling bull or wondering why did randomly , why did not inform anybody...??
else dealt issue?
flustered , quite angry @ random thing. mind you, second surprise i'm dealing after turned of secondary users of homekit accounts in same household , reset entire freaking thing!!!
