Prime Video UHD Problem


so seems uhd video attempt play on prime video app sits there , spins if video loading. never loads , says video cannot played @ time. have no clue what's going on. it's not bandwidth issue - have gig connection , play 4k fine on netflix , apple store. other videos on prime app play fine. has uhd tag on not load. ideas? i've rebooted apple tv, uninstalled, reinstalled app.. associated disassociated account, etc...
 

what 4k uhd tv brand have? non-hdr? have same issue samsung 4k uhd (non-hdr) tv, oled65c7 works perfectly, sample taken amazon grand tour uhd hdr.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
