Downgrading to iOS 11.1.2 has ruined my phone!


first of cannot longer use health app, continues endlessly search steps without showing results. second, has messed app store! cannot longer view purchased apps , not remember i’ve bought. instance, bought facetune , tells me buy again on ipad there’s no issue, gives me cloud icon re-install it.

asking why downgrading, it’s because of news of jailbreak , possible release of it.i don’t think jb fix horror.

got tips how sort out mess?


update:
reset iphone , deleted on , puchased apps , health app working again normally. still on 11.1.2, it’s christmas miracle!
 

did restore newer backup on downgrade? not work. either restore 11.1.2 without using backup or use old backup 11.1.2.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
