Ordered a new 2017 MBP 15" and need TB3 DOCK recommendations


i need have connections usb, ethernet, etc , reliable run 5k monitors or 2-3 4k monitors eventually. possible? have researched lot of docks, , see owc isn't getting reviews on theirs, there few do. need 1 has separate mic , audio jacks headphones work if , when play games (which rare, 1 in 6 months). needs charge laptop. sd card reader needed (not huge requirement have sabrent hub). have external mouse/keyboard.

want recommendations on grab! thank you!
 

a single thunderbolt 3 dock can support 2 4k displays or 1 5k display.

caldigit’s dock sounds suitable. or belkin or elgato’s docks, depending on ports more useful. these have dual audio input/outputs.

these charge macbook @ full speed (~85w) not double check. owc supports 60w example.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
