Can Apple Genius in Apple Store downgrade watchOS?


i spoke applecare tech support agent on phone told me can book appointment apple genius @ local apple store plead case have apple watch (series 0) downgrade watchos 4 watchos 3. because iphone running ios 10, , cannot update ios 11 because of other essential apps need run on phone. watch used 1 bought private seller, reset watch factory defaults unknowingly updated firmware in meantime.

however, not sure if possible own research. instead, read elsewhere apple genius swamp out watch 1 lower firmware. not want.

can shred light on this?
 

needs shipped apple , restored. can not done in store.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
