Computer as a router and FTP access


hello everyone,

main mac (os x yosemite), connected internet via ethernet, set router , shares internet connection second mac via airport. firewalls on on both computers. in such case firewall of main mac blocks ftp connection wan second mac, , in terminal
ftp: can't connect `xx.xx.xx.xx': operation timed out
ftp: can't connect `ftp.xxxxx.xxx'

main mac has ftp access wan, regardless of firewall state. second mac, have ftp access wan if turn off main mac firewall.

1) how allow ftp access wan second mac without turning off main mac firewall ?
2) how 1 of computers, if there several computers use shared internet connection?
