iCloud still not updating to all devices


i'm running latest versions of os , ios, rmbp, ipad, , iphone. after of these updates, icloud still isn't consistently updating across devices, particularly done in safari (saved username , password, saved credit card, etc.). iphone seems updates immediately, ipad can take days update/refresh. of them connected internet 24/7, problem assuredly on apple's end.

"it works"? yeah, right. apple's software quality control joke right now, while tim's off crusading transgender bathroom rights , whatnot.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
