so remember when apple removed ability battery apps read information such cycle counts in ios 10? way limit customer information on devices battery health , save few bucks on customers asking warranty replacements.

got me thinking: since apple put out ios update silently slipped in cpu throttling no way turn off... why not put out ios update removes ability benchmarking apps geekbench read information cpu speeds?

way apple not can a] throttle customers devices right (hopefully causing frustrated slow speeds , throw more $$$ @ apple upgrade non-throttled device) b] they keep in dark can’t complain or sue anti-consumer behavior!

seems perfect, apple-like solution problem right?

i solution: if phone needs battery, 1 , move on. if phone not need battery, continue , continue on life.

you’ll spend waaay less time huffing , puffing “scandals” (lol).
