hey all,
figured i'd call upon expertise here, 1 has me stumped. 2 months ago sold iphone 7 plus (you know, cause iphone x). iphone 7 plus bought full-price apple on at&t @ launch, , confirmed unlocked at&t when made unlock request (just in case) after buying in late 2016. full price at&t iphone 7 plus = gsm-unlocked, if purchased direct apple.
anyway, used in uk when visiting - on o2 , ee, without issue. used on at&t when came usa. well. prior selling it...
so, 2 months after selling (this past week), guy sold on craigslist messages me , tells me phone not working correctly (he hasn't tried till point, since christmas present). can't sims work in (t-mobile, at&t etc), , says gets same "sim not supported" message (see attached image).
i've been going , forth him little, has me stumped. so, i'm not sure tell him @ point?
thoughts?
