Frustration with iPhone X

i excited first iphone x, i've been monumentally disappointed far. have health issues can cause face change quite bit, didn't set faceid. passcode worked of time. it'd go black screen revolving wheel went sleep. normally, work on second attempt. had strange battery problem.

@ 40% charge , sat idle on desk hour. went use , dead. charged 4 hours, , still dead. tried hard reset, , nothing happened. tried call apple support, , couldn't figure out going on. left on table, unplugged, planning bring apple store next day.

next morning, tried hard reset, , somehow worked. still took apple store, , replaced it.

second iphone x behaving well, until now. did same weird thing when trying enter passcode, took 6 attempts before unlocked iphone. i'm more little frustrated right now. got 1 other day, , it's acting up. wasn't updated ios 11.1.2, did that.

if phone stable, i'd love it. it's not fun having worry new iphone breaking down.

kind of experience common iphone x? i'm not sure right if hardware or software problem.

 

do spinning wheel , black screen replacement , trying everything?
