Device not received email from Verizon today


so i’m on verz yearly update program, on 3rd got new phone , shipped old 1 out same day using provided ups label. today got email saying since haven’t returned old device went ahead , charged me remaining balance on old phone. it’s been 5 days , have proof phone deliver them today. hope don’t turn big battle did last time it’s not looking @ moment.

anyways warning watch verizon account , keep return on ups , keep proof of return long time.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
