FaceID missing 80% of the time


can give tips on optimal setup faceid? it's extremely frustrating how faceid failing recognize me. i've redone setup 10 times already.

biggest problem seems works in conditions did original setup. these of things make start missing of time:

1. putting on glasses
2. laying down
3. different lighting conditions (it has yet work in kind of dim light darkness @ all)

im starting wonder how many real world scenarios apple tested in

not seeing similar experience on internet.....what doing wrong?
 

mine had issues glasses on well. works seamlessly out glasses on , dim lighting.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
