red screen


hello,

trying figure out whether artifacts i'm seeing on screen result of hardware or software issue. using 2017 mbp 15 inch.

screen when trying play games in fullscreen mode. when switch windowed mode, problem goes away. happens in steam versions of telltale games (sam & max season 2, tales of monkey island, ...)

saw same red color in smaler patches when using finder in coverflow mode , went through lot of photos. coverflow part started flickering in red color.

have artefacts time time:



suggestions on do? reset smc , nvram, reinstalled highsierra (even though not clean install reformatted hard drives). else getting these problems, normal, kind of software issue or hell it? there no apple store nearby, i'm trying self-diagnose , try. repair if know hardware.

else getting these issues telltale games?
