Apple Watch holder for neck lanyard?


anyone know if basic holder wraps around watch body , attached neck lanyard?

thinking of picking lte version work purposes only. have phone in hand anywhere go. think using thr aw work purpose work out pretty well.
 

doesn't aw need in contact bare skin - through contacts on of case?
how work on neck lanyard, or work @ all?
