iPhone 8(+) I love my iPhone 8 battery life


just bought yesterday , love already. sure hope battery continue remain strong. 6s battery not great. makes battery life better on 6s? there has multiple reasons.

water resistant? can take shower without getting fried? have apple watch pass.
 

new battery vs old used battery. couple of years of use on 6s battery. more efficient cpu in a11 bionic.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
