iPhone Can't Edit Photos


for reason can't edit photos. when go edit downloading icon, never moves. photos set icloud , keep original photos on device. i'm on latest ios 11.2.1.

can send photo though via sms photo downloaded. clean install new phone...

have 256gb iphone x , have 133gb available.

tried edit same photo in google photos, photo synced spinning circle...i don't understand.
 

i ran problem yesterday. not sure if it's icloud related had restart iphone x. taking photos of daughters dance routine , none of them saved @ time. had hard reset , popped up. when went edit, wouldnt download , wouldn't let me edit.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...

Help ! error code -1007D
