Upgrading PowerBook G4 12" LCD/Resolution?

for while now, i've had powerbook g4 12". love form factor of machine, , love start using main computer in school. perform few upgrades it, , 1 of upgrades replacing lcd higher resolution one.

found guide on ifixit, https://www.ifixit.com/guide/powerbook+g4+aluminum+12-inch+1-1.5+ghz+lcd+panel+upgrade/3117

goes on process of replacing lcd 1400x1050 hv121p01-100(or 101) lcd, guide seems pretty simple, need make new screen fit in place , you're golden.

has else tried though? i'm curious how go5200 performs resolution, , how screen looks compared old one(brightness/colors/etc). attached image guide shows screen in use.

the card support higher resolutions no problem, don’t know why want @ 1400x1050 resolution on 12” display. 1024x768 still usable today, don’t think it’s myself. tempted 1024x768 display in clamshell ibook however.
