iPhone SE Unresponsive screen


i have had iphone se 2 years , got x. planned on keeping se should there issue iphone x messed till apple have fixed. (i don't live close apple store)

placed in drawer, flawless , has never been dropped. got out , started it. screen unresponsive. turning off had hold top button , home button till turned off. had 3 times till if started worked. played around it, upgraded newest ios see if issue. turned off put in drawer (in box)

2 days later got , restarted have exact same issues of unresponsive screen. makes me sad still love se , pretty being pink. (i wish iphone x pink don't see anyway case) restarting 3 times did think going wrong it? unresponsive screen mean messing up???
 

i’d restore new using itunes , don’t use backup.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
