MacPro5,1 RAM configuration question

hi,

have 2010 macpro5,1, 6 16gb ram modules in it. found 1 of them broken, undetectable system. owc told me it’s better return 6 modules , them replaced together, ensure mateched.

plan wait until imacpro arrives , return ram replacement. because if return them now, left 24gb of ram (those came macpro) substantial period. , won’t enough.

in short, keep running macpro while 5 16gb modules. question is, should install 5 of them, or 4 (two each cpu)? 80gb of ram , 64gb aren’t different me, @ least while. there issue if 2 cpus have different amounts of ram modules installed them?
