Upgrading from a 7+ through Verizon based on last year promo


i bought 7+ last year through whatever promotion verizon offering @ time got amount of credit trading in 6s+ (i not remember) , make payments every month , think vzw credits amount on each bill phone. keep getting messages vzw indicating can upgrade x. logged app , shows have paid $500 point , indicates upgrade eligible = $435. mean need pay off $435 of 7+ before can upgrade? i'm guessing can sell 7 around $400, though not remember specifics of promo entered into. main promo offered when 7+ came out. know. have thought have paid off more of phone time based on whatever special promo offering @ time....i'd prefer hear people hear before hearing bs vzw sales people.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
