Microsoft Edge Browser for iPhone Launches on App Store

microsoft edge iphone officially released on app store today following 2 months of public beta testing.

alternative web browser appeal iphone users use windows pc instead of mac "continue on pc" feature can push website mobile desktop version of browser.

microsoft edge iphone syncs favorites, passwords, , reading list across devices. other features include all-in-one hub view, built-in qr code reader, voice search, , private browsing mode.

bing, google, or yahoo can set default search engine in microsoft edge iphone, has similar design desktop version. mobile version doesn't have microsoft's cortana assistant or built-in ad blocking.

on ios, microsoft using apple's webkit engine, required third-party browsers on platform. compatibility perspective, microsoft said edge ios should match version of safari available iphone.

keep in mind that, other third-party web browsers, microsoft edge cannot enabled default browser on iphone.

microsoft edge iphone rolling out on app store [direct link] ios 9 , later. it's available android smartphones on google play. microsoft said ipad support added in future.

browser available in united states, china, france, , united kingdom, more regions , languages follow. app has yet optimized iphone x's screen size.

OWC Envoy Pro SSD Enclosure - Alternatives?

hi there! long time reader, first time poster! wondering if might able me out question. 2013 mbp w/ retina met unceremonious end courtesy of water damage. cost repair far worthwhile purchased replacement instead. however, turned out ssd (768gb!) appears ok. guy @ genius bar suggested third party external casing use (a) access data (since said apple charges $90cad or transfer over) , (b) use ssd external drive in future. kind enough remove ssd me. i found below option: https://eshop.macsales.com/item/owc/mau3envoypro/ i'm wondering if there other less expensive alternatives? couldn't find else online. owc enclosure not outrageously expensive i'm looking thrifty since don't plan on making use of it. thank much!   i in similar situation, 2013 500gb blade ssd after buying used rmbp mid 2015. noticed ssd installed 2013, complained , got later faster ssd plus keep ...
