last week returned iphone-8-plus , ordered new x because "supposed" better display , more compact design; easier carry , brighter shoot photos , videos on sunny days.

learn " minor screen burn-in , shifts in colour" of new oled display.

have these concerns, did not find answer yet:

how screen burn-in show when using x @ normal brightness levels , increasing when shooting photos , videos on sunny days?

going happen no matter what, or continuous use @ high levels of brightness, such playing games or watching movies?

believe important aspect of screen burn-in issue, helpful hear experiences have x.

from understand, sometime in future, it's probable no matter avoid doing, you'll have minor burn in, if it's icons on home screen. that's consider indeed, if spend 1000$ , intend have more 2 years guess.
