@ moment using windows desktop full hd video editing (not professional, fun). pc: i5 4690k, 16gb ddr3, r9 270x , ssd samsung 840 evo.
next year buy macbook pro 13/15 projects cost hight , want understand wich model best solution me.
@ moment using adobe premiere pro cc want learn final cut pro.
example:
2.3ghz dual-core 7th-generation intel core i5 processor
turbo boost 3.6ghz
8gb 2133mhz lpddr3 memory
256gb ssd storage1
intel iris plus graphics 640
2 thunderbolt 3 ports

or this:

touch bar , touch id

question is: 2 models more/less powerfoul pc?
alternative 15" version:
2.2ghz quad-core intel core i7 processor
turbo boost 3.4ghz
16gb 1600mhz memory
256gb ssd storage1
intel iris pro graphics
2 thunderbolt 2 ports

of course best solution, 13" can save lot of money.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
