Noob iOS question

i’m trying learn ios ways. android imbedded in me still. better clear apps or leave them open in background , use them way. turned app refresh off while on lte on when on wifi. i’m used last few samsung phones amoled screens first thing on mind black backgrounds , use night mode. lcd screen doesn’t benefit black backgrounds @ if understand correctly.

other longtime android people tips might not obvious? i’m glad have apple watch because no led notification light drive me insane without watch notifying me.

 

i suggest keeping apps use regularly open in background. no need close them. ios excellent job of app , memory management. apps know use once daily, use , close it.
