Help - what is causing this 'autodiscover' message and how do I get rid of it?
over year ago, ex - self-taught mac technician - moved out. knew admin password laptop (macbook air), thought should change it.
since then, keep getting messages attached screenshot. can cancel , accumulate - hundreds per day. times settle moving dialog box part of screen it's not in way.
relate 1 of ex's email accounts. don't have of these accounts set in mac mail (and never have had) , can't work out triggering 'autodiscover' activity.
searches i've done on autodiscover seem relate exchange none of these old addresses exchange addresses. ex sole trader, doesn't have enterprise software.
hope can me this. way, yes have asked ex - tried , didn't work.
