iPhone X Folio Case Causing Mic Issues


i have iphone x black apple folio case.

have got numerous complaints calls sound muffled , quality not good. called apple , ran test , no hardware issues phone. every time take folio case off, quality sounds perfect. tested making videos of testing voice quality , have found everytime folio case folder mic gets distorted. believe magnet built in case causing interference mic. going apple later today show them how case effects microphone. wondering if else having issue. if have folio case test making video of talking case folded , normal , it’s clear audio difference.

yes have same issue. i’m on second phone. hear if else has problem. have tried 3 cases same. caller can’t hear you!? next?
