Need advice storing videos


i have 2010 mba smallish 128gb hard drive. have nifty drive 128gb micro sd card leave installed, , have photos photo library installed on.

have 2tb hd use backups. computer 128 ssd drive kinda full other stuff, plus 128 nifty drive getting full. of photo library space videos.

how can move videos location (like hd use backups), while keeping photo library on nifty drive? can stay in same photo library kind of format, in way when can still upload/sync them iphone or ipad if don’t keep them in same exact location photo library on nifty drive?

if matters mba on high sierra, i’m having issues safari causing computer slow crawl after safari runs while reason. that’s thread lol.

i don't know photo library, perhaps approach: getting 1 of 200 gb micro sd cards?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
