Smart keyboard lag for 12.9 iPad pro


hi all,

having trouble smart keyboard in microsoft office?

found getting keyboard lag in microsoft word when using track changes. unfortunately because bought machine 2 weeks before didn't have time play around machine before losing return window. returned both machine , keyboard. able determine track changes worked fine without lag when typing on screen. know problem keyboard; don't know how affected word or other apps too. realised after i'd returned have updated ios 11.

has had problem lag?
 

i have not experienced lag. might want try putting ipad in airplane mode , trying again. i've found ms office ipad wants sync every keystroke or pen stroke cloud. i've gotten habit of turning on airplane mode when go meeting , using onenote take notes. turn off when meeting done , let sync then.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
