Which graphic card doesn’t require extra power?


i eyeing on gtx1070 while , knew because highest performing card of within cards didn’t require power (just needing 2 6pins cmp is).

saw 1070ti came out , price similar 1070.

question 1070ti require power? , highest/best performing card doesn’t require power (as in suffice cmp’s internal 2 6pins) @ moment?

don’t care boot screen since have gtx680 , ati 5870. need care if card won’t run on mac os yet.
 

the highest performing gaming card mac pro requires 0 power modifications gtx 1080.

1070ti odd card in lineup. if can afford 1070ti, can afford gtx 1080. not many people, if any, have tested 1070ti in macos yet i'm aware of.

gtx 1070fe runs macos perfectly. perception nvidia's web drivers better apple's drivers.

when running nvidia card, should stick fe/reference designs maximum potential of not having issues.

paid $200 brand new 1070 fe. that's because bundled in htc vive. it's greatest $200 card i've ever owned, , feels future proof , plentiful when comes 1440p performance. fact can super sample @ 1.3x vr games play says lot...

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
