i went apple store today pick x. tried sign 1up program. wanted version qualcomm chip though i'm on tmobile because i'm in fringe coverage areas , chip better there , may want swtich cdma carrier. turns out - have activate phone on device pick. can't actaully have cdma phone on tmobile unless full price. thought whole point of 1up progam switch sim cards/carriers etc hearts content. why finance program care model buy. ended buying full price.   no on iup plan required have active plan or activate new plan on type of device purchased. unlocked iphone part of iup tied activation. if want switch carriers, have return first iup 1 , switch iphones use on new carrier. if want verizon iphone x, must activate on verizon iup. dave   Forums iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch ...

hi all, got macbook pro (2017) touchbar (model identifier: macbookpro14,3). i've had samsung screen while (u28d590d) - 4k screen. i've purchased usb-c digital av multiport adapter. 1)i've set screens mirror'd temporarily weird screen flicker if don't. 2)i expecting when shut lid down (i have keyboard , mouse via usb) display main screen mac hangs/goes sleep (either green flicker on samsung screen or frozen screen). can comment or confirm behaviour on 1) , 2) above cannot setup play ball currently. info appreciated.   attached files: a"> screen shot 2018-01-05 @ 13.34.25.jpg file size: 114.1 kb views: 31 although shouldn't cause mac freeze, using usb-c digital av adapter limit 4k @30hz. should use usb-c hdmi 2.0 cable or adapter....
